Notes of earthy english tea and citrus meld seamlessly with a straightforward malt backbone in this classic session ale.

Saison II: Petite Rye

Light, soft and beautiful, this subtly complex saison features rye and wheat from our friends at Valley Malt. Dryhopped with Hallertau Blanc.

Grandpa Boom’s Imperial Oatmeal Stout - a beer brewed in memory of Edward B. Quinn, our friend, father, and mentor.

Pale Ale II: CITROIS

American Pale Ale brewed with Citra hops, and locally grown grain from Valley Malt.

Saison VI(b): Brett Hibiscus & Lime

An updated version of our Saison VI: Hibiscus Lime, this time with a touch more bitterness and our house mixed culture added.

Sometimes you want to crush an IPA with plenty of juicy new world hops but without all the extra hoopla. Who are we kidding, thats what we always want.

Pale Ale I

Our house favorite oatmeal pale ale featuring Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe hops.

A blend of saison and golden sour ales aged in oak barrels with our house mixed culture, finished with organic blueberry juice.
