BOXCUTTER FACELIFT X AMORY’S TOMB BREWING CO.

We’ve partnered up with our good friends, and local grindcore band, Boxcutter Facelift, to bring you a very special collaboration. One with as much jocularity as you may expect from the genre. Moustachity exists on two parallel planes: an original song written about the attack of flying bats with moustache wings, and a grindcore-inspired kveik barleywine. Over 10 years ago, this project unassumingly began in a basement that housed a decaying music and art studio as well as a budding homebrewery — which would later become the Amory’s Tomb you know today. While working on album art for Boxcutter, an idea was tossed out and Moustachity was born, beginning a decade long journey to conquer these hairy-winged beasts. Despite the date mark on the can, this beer is aging wonderfully — presenting a rounded malt profile with enough bitterness to keep you sipping for hints of raisins and bakers chocolate
