Estuarial, A Farmhouse Ale

Our first offering is a farmhouse ale with a slightly spicy noble hop bite backed by hints of lemon. This beer was brewed exclusively with local grain, including Blue Ox Legend 6 Row Pils, Dark Munich and Organic Oats, and Valley Malt Warthog Wheat.

Kettle Hole Rustic Pale Ale

Our second offering, Kettle Hole is designed to be rough around the edges, but soft on the palate. This rustic pale ale features rye and pale malts from our friends at Valley Malt, and Maine grown flaked spelt. Dryhopped with Loral.

4.9% Alc./Vol. • 25 IBU 

Pale Ale I: ThE Golden RUle

Our house standard Oatmeal Pale Ale generously hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo. Made with grain from Valley Malt and Blue Ox Malthouse.

5.8% Alc./Vol. • 54 IBU

Single Hop (A): Cashmere

A hazy single hop pale ale, brewed with an abundance of Cashmere hops - A cross between Cascade and Northern Brewer released by Washington State University in 2013.

6.6% Alc./Vol. • 63 IBU

 

Saison I: The Classic

One of our founding beers, Saison I is a true classic. Featuring Belgian Pilsner Malt alongside local wheat and oats. Hopped exclusively with low alpha Czech Saaz hops.

5.6% Alc./Vol. • 34 IBU

Saison: Mandarina

Our classic Saison I dryhopped with Mandarina Bavaria.
