Let it be known to all who are present, we declare this day to be known further more, as Silver Tree Day. A day to celebrate one of our favorite offerings, and the further exploration of mixed ferment and funky session ales. Always mired by brewday shenanigans, Silver Tree should be a simple endeavor — one we have repeatedly attempted to bring into regular rotation. But alas, this beer chooses to exist on its own timetable, throwing new and unique challenges at our brewers at every turn. We will be offering can pours of Silver Tree Batch 9: Meridian & Motueka, as well as very limited cellar pours of Silver Tee 7: Kazbek, and Silver Tree 6: Meridian & Loral beginning at noon.
