At Amory’s Tomb Brewing Company, we believe strongly in supporting our local communities both socially and economically, utilizing products and raw ingredients from regional sources whenever possible. As a member of the Northeast Grainshed, we have committed to using over 95% regionally grown grain. Through our partnerships with Blue Ox Malthouse, Aurora Farm & Mills, and Valley Malt we are able to brew most of our offerings entirely with New England produced malt and grains.

We brew small batch, handcrafted ales and lagers, focusing on using the best quality local ingredients. Our offerings change frequently, but here are some of our favorites, and themes we are likely to revisit.

Saison/Farmhouse

Kettle Hole, Rustic Pale Ale
One of our first offerings at our taproom, Kettle Hole quickly became a go-to beer for our local market. At 4.7% Alc. by Vol., this beer pairs well with activities and adventure, but truly shines as a table beer accompanying your favorite dish. Kettle Hole is a crisp and dry farmhouse ale that’s rough around the edges but finishes soft on the palate. Brewed with 100% New England grown and malted barley, rye and spelt, delicately hopped with Czech Saaz and American Loral™ hops, and fermented with one of our favorite house yeast blends.

Satellite Archaeologist, Saison Modern
A modern American farmhouse ale, fermented bone dry and hopped with copious amounts of Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc hops. Brewed with 100% New England grown and malted barley, wheat, and flaked rye, this beer blurs the lines between its American and Belgian influences.

Saison Classic, Saison/Farmhouse Ale
One of our ‘house’ beers, a classic clean saison profile with notes of pepper, citrus and bubblegum. Brewed with 100% New England grown malt and Czech Saaz hops.

Estuarial, Saison/Farmhouse Ale
A farmhouse ale with a slightly spicy noble hop bite backed by hints of lemon. This beer was brewed exclusively with local grain, including Blue Ox Legend Six-Row Pils, Dark Munich, and Wheat Malts, and Aurora Farm Organic Oats alongside Kazbek hops and an expressive farmhouse yeast blend.

Shorebird, Mixed Fermented, Saison/Farmhouse Ale
Our mixed culture rendition of Estuarial. Brewed with similar intentions, but with a grassier and funkier aroma.

Prélude Printanier, Spring Saison
Our Spring saison features Blue Ox Vienna malt which provides a slightly sweeter malt profile despite a low finishing gravity, paired with American Crystal hops and our house saison yeast blend. Soft on the palate with a floral and citrusy nose.

Industry & Mills/Industry & Culture, Saison/Farmhouse Ale
Light saison brewed with black tea, lemon and local honey. Mills was originally brewed in collaboration with our friends Navigation Brewing Company in Lowell, MA. Culture has become our yearly anniversary beer, with each version taking on seasonal variations but under the original intent.

Saison Ella, Saison/Farmhouse Ale
A dry and bitter Belgian influenced farmhouse ale featuring Australian Ella hops, with notes of lemon peel, grapefruit and star anise. At 7.5% alc. by vol. Ella is one of the bigger saisons in our stable.

Saison Apropos, Saison/Farmhouse Ale
A stronger twist on the Classic, paired with loads of fruity New Zealand hops.

Napkin Friends, Sour Ale
Our evolving series of ‘living sour ales’. Napkin friends features Valley Malt Triticale alongside local wheat and pilsner malts to provide a rich and silky body. Fermented with a mixed culture of Lactobacillus and farmhouse ale yeast. Variations may include dry hopping and/or refermentation on fruit.

Silver Tree, Brett Rye Grisette
A delightfully refreshing and funky Rye Grisette brewed with a rotating selection of hops on top of local pilsner and rye malts.

Dābier, Table Grisette
Our lightest and most delicate beer to date, Dābier is a light table grisette brewed with Mosaic and Loral hops.

Yardbier, Grisette
A light and crushable farmhouse ale brewed with Saaz, Meridian and Amarillo hops on top of local pilsner, spelt and wheat malts. Bright, soft, minerally, refreshing.

Magnetic Horses, Saison/Farmhouse Ale with Brett
Northeast pils rye and Munich malts paired with Nelson Sauvin hops, and a funky blend of yeast.

Field Horizon, Barrel Aged Mixed Fermentation Saison/Farmhouse Ale
Barrel-aged farmhouse ale with dandelion and honey.

Astral Traveler, Saison Modern
One of our hoppier, modern interpretations of our classic farmhouse ale, Astral Traveler is built on top of a 25% malted rye base, hopped with copious amounts of Crystal, Amarillo and Citra hops, and fermented with a special saison blend.

Wax Galaxies, Saison Modern/Farmhouse IPA
One of our modern saisons, dripping with the aroma of citrus from massive additions of Motueka and Wai-Iti™. This is one of those genre bending beers that is more akin to NEIPA in intention than traditional Belgian examples. This batch has not been can conditioned.

Mouth for Wort, Mixed Fermented Saison/Farmhouse Ale
Our 2020 Black Ale Project Collaboration with John Harvard’s Alehouse to benefit Skate for the 22 Foundation.
