We invite you to come down and celebrate with us for our final week here at 76 Main Street. We are not closing, but our new home — 100 feet away at 58 Main Street — isn’t quite ready for the public yet. Our beer garden will be opening later in April, and our Downtown Maynard taproom will reopen with cohesive indoor/outdoor service and a better overall experience for our guests in the coming months.
We’ll have some very special guests stopping by to say farewell to this rickety old bier cafe and will probably find some weird stuff from the cellar to put on. We’ll be kicking it oldschool with no kitchen so bring whatever you want to eat and help us kick a bunch of kegs so we don’t have to move ‘em. All week we’ll be open later hours and offering 10-20% discounts on beer to go and Merchandise.
On Friday we’ll be tapping a firkin of Old Boston Mild ale, as well as a DSS Members Exclusive cask of Wax Galaxies with Ginger, Lime & Black Peppercorn which should pour into the weekend. On Saturday we’ll be pulling out the jockey box for even more variety and we hope to end the week with 14 offerings on draught. DJ P. Michael Jeffries and Johnny Vaz will also be here Saturday, curating some weirdness to close this place out in style.
