Another dusty bottoms cellar exclusive! Belgian-inspired blonde farmhouse ale made with New England grown floormalted barley, NY grown Triticale and Shelburne honey. Featuring a rounded mouthfeel, guided by our distinctive farmhouse yeast blend. Notes of candied pears, clove, orchard honey, and a lingering, musty basement funk. Brewed in celebration of the Winter solstice and aligning great conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter. Naturally conditioned and aged in stainless.

Giörgū Pilsner
Italian Pils • 4.7% Alc./Vol.
Giōrgü Pilsner is an Italian-style dry-hopped pilsner. Proudly made with 100% Northeast grown floor malted barley from Blue Ox Malthouse and the finest quality German Tettnanger and Hallertau Mittlefriüh hops. Crisp, clean and easy drinking, this light lager is a perfect pairing for chicken parm, rich and spicy tomato sauces or your favorite Calabrian dish.

Notes of rich baker’s chocolate, dark fruits and a touch of nutty brown malt.

Rolling Through Outer Space is a oat forward IPA brewed with Blue Ox Malthouse floormalted pale and oat malts, and Aurora Mills & Farm flaked oats alongside Anchovy, Strata®, and Mosaic Cryo® hops. Sweet notes of tropical fruit, berries, and watermelon backed by dank citrus and resinous pine.

Modern Farmhouse Ale • 5.2% Alc./Vol.
Saison XLII is a hop-forward farmhouse ale brewed with 100% New England grown barley, wheat, and spelt, along with Meridian® and Four Star Farms Crystal hops. Fermented dry with a notable French ale strain and lightly dry hopped. Notes of bright lemon, grapefruit pith, and freshly cut grass, with a touch of pink peppercorn and a dry finish.
