Robinson Farm Hardwick Stone Organic Farmstead Cheese - Hardwick, MA
Aged 6-9 months. A American Brick style 1870's family recipe, akin to a mild cheddar quite approachable and slightly saline. Semi-hard, firm with a very familiar texture. Pairs very well with beer. Melts well & is popular on a cheese platter.
Hand-cut 6 oz. block / $8.00
Robinson Farm A Barndance Organic Farmstead Cheese - Hardwick, MA
Aged 8-12 months. A semi-hard alpine style cheese: subtle, yet with significant presence, fruity and nutty with a slight peppery finish. Awarded a medal in 2013 by the American Cheese Society. Our customer, Chef Peter Davis of Henriettas Table in Cambridge, dubbed it 'a very fine melting cheese!' Pairs well with fruit, white wine, does not overwhelm a recipe and stands alone on a cheese platter.
